RS Heating Staff
In addition to being the principal owner of RS Heating, Rusty is also the estimator, salesperson, installer, repairman, service advisor and comfort control specialist for HVAC systems. When not hard at work, Rusty can often be found out on the water or adventuring in the back country. Rusty was raised in Squamish and continues to live here with his wife and young family.
Terry worked for many years in the forest industry before joining RS Heating as an apprentice in 2001. He has raised his family in Squamish and continues to live here with his wife. Terry is an avid wood worker and enjoys many hobbies such as vehicle restoration and archery.
With HVAC and mechanical knowledge dating back to the 1980's, Glenn joined the RS Heating team as an experienced installer. Glenn and his wife enjoy all there is to do in the "Recreation Capital of Canada", from mountain biking to rock climbing to back country skiing.
Pauline has been with RS Heating since it was formed more than a decade ago. Coming from a legal background with many years of office knowledge, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Pauline boasts that "raising a family in Squamish is a fantastic experience - from the quality of schools and the abundance of activities to the amazing members of the community. There are so many opportunities here."
Carol is considered a true "Squamishite" - born and raised in this beautiful town she calls home. Carol joined RS Heating in 2010 bringing with her more than twenty years of experience in the retail and customer service industries. She has had a life-long passion for sports which she continues to instill into her children.
